The Upper Ohio Valley Sexual Assault Help Center (SAHC) is a nonprofit rape crisis center that has served survivors of sexual violence in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia since 1978. Its mission is to end sexual violence, stalking and human trafficking, to create pathways to healing for people with lived experience, and to build an inclusive community through prevention education. All services are free and confidential, and a 24/7 crisis hotline is available.
