The Coaching Philosophy of Abigail Hunter

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Abigail Hunter belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Abigail Hunter has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Abigail Hunter's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Abigail Hunter is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I’m Abigail, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Austin, Texas, providing developmentally attuned, trauma-informed therapy for all ages, especially children, adolescents, young adults, who are navigating grief, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Abigail Hunter apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Abigail Hunter's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
