The Coaching Philosophy of Ain Eccles

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Ain Eccles belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sexual assault survivor support, Ain Eccles has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Ain Eccles's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Ain Eccles is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Sexual assault survivor support, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Sometimes the ground beneath your feet disappears, and you feel like you’re looking down on yourself moving through life." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Ain Eccles apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Ain Eccles's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
