The Coaching Philosophy of Alan Tokosch

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alan Tokosch belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ocd support, Alan Tokosch has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Alan Tokosch's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alan Tokosch is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under OCD support, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists obsessive-compulsive among the issues they work with. From their profile: "If you are a man whose anxiety or OCD has begun constraining what you do, where you go, who you date, what you pursue, or how freely you live, and if you are ready to actively work on changing that, I would love to work with you." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Alan Tokosch apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alan Tokosch's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
