The Coaching Philosophy of Alejandra Contreras

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alejandra Contreras belongs firmly in the second category. Working across spiritual coaching, Alejandra Contreras has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Alejandra Contreras's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alejandra Contreras is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Spiritual coaching, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists spirituality among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Maybe anxiety shows up in ways that are hard to explain, relationships follow the same frustrating patterns, or you find yourself questioning who you really are beneath the roles you’ve learned to play." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Alejandra Contreras apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alejandra Contreras's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
