The Coaching Philosophy of Alejandra Mejia

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alejandra Mejia belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Alejandra Mejia has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Alejandra Mejia's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alejandra Mejia is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My practice is centered on helping people identify the core issues contributing to emotional distress and finding effective, sustainable solutions so they can live happier, more peaceful lives." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Alejandra Mejia apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alejandra Mejia's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
