The Coaching Philosophy of Alessana Fordin

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alessana Fordin belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic illness adjustment, Alessana Fordin has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Alessana Fordin's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alessana Fordin is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Chronic illness adjustment, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic illness among the issues they work with. From their profile: "If you're facing challenges within your relationships or want to enact positive changes in your life but find yourself stuck, there's a path forward." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Alessana Fordin apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alessana Fordin's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
