The Coaching Philosophy of Alessandra Szekir

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alessandra Szekir belongs firmly in the second category. Working across stress management, Alessandra Szekir has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Alessandra Szekir's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alessandra Szekir is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Stress management, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists stress among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I was born in Brazil and have lived in the United States for over 20 years, an experience that has given me a deep appreciation for how culture, family, and life transitions shape who we are." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Alessandra Szekir apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alessandra Szekir's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
