The Coaching Philosophy of Alex Avitia

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alex Avitia belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sexual assault survivor support, Alex Avitia has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, Alex Avitia's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alex Avitia is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Sexual assault survivor support, based in Las Vegas, NV. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Many of us are still carrying the invisible wounds of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or complex PTSD symptoms that comes up in the present in conflicts." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Alex Avitia apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alex Avitia's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
