The Coaching Philosophy of Alexia Hetzel

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alexia Hetzel belongs firmly in the second category. Working across neurodiversity-affirming coaching, Alexia Hetzel has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Luxembourg, Alexia Hetzel's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alexia Hetzel is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with a neurodiversity-affirming focus. In their own words: "I am an executive coach specialising in ADHD, working primarily with senior leaders, founders, and high-performing professionals in demanding environments. My clients are strategically sharp and operate in visible, high-stakes roles, yet may experience uneven performance, regulation strain, or sustainability challenges behind the scenes." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Alexia Hetzel apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alexia Hetzel's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
