The Coaching Philosophy of Alicia Kohls

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alicia Kohls belongs firmly in the second category. Working across neurodiversity-affirming coaching, Alicia Kohls has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Cannon Falls, MN, Alicia Kohls's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alicia Kohls is listed in the ADHD Coaches Organization directory as an ADHD coach with a neurodiversity-affirming focus. In their own words: "Ed., has had a lifelong journey with ADHD and understands firsthand the many ups and downs it can bring. With over a decade of experience as a Professional Certified ADHD Coach and consultant, Alicia specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals in navigating executive functioning challenges and emotional regulation through strengths-based, research-informed approaches." See their directory profile for current availability.

What sets Alicia Kohls apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alicia Kohls's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
