The Coaching Philosophy of Alison Fellowes Comly

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alison Fellowes Comly belongs firmly in the second category. Working across autism support, Alison Fellowes Comly has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Washington, DC, Alison Fellowes Comly's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alison Fellowes Comly is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Autism support, based in Washington, DC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists autism among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I team with adults, children, and parents to create solutions and awaken aspects of themselves they would like to grow." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Alison Fellowes Comly apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alison Fellowes Comly's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
