The Coaching Philosophy of Alissa Finerman

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alissa Finerman belongs firmly in the second category. Working across executive coaching, Alissa Finerman has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Los Angeles, CA, Alissa Finerman's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Los Angeles executive coach and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach helping leaders and teams leverage strengths for performance.

What sets Alissa Finerman apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alissa Finerman's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
