The Coaching Philosophy of Alli Worthington

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alli Worthington belongs firmly in the second category. Working across faith / christian, Alli Worthington has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Alli Worthington is listed on TrueCoach under Faith / Christian. Their published work focuses on christian womens coaching. From their website: "Alli Worthington is a bestselling author, nationally known speaker, and business coach for entrepreneurs and executives." Visit their official website for current programmes and availability.

What sets Alli Worthington apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alli Worthington's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
