The Coaching Philosophy of Alternative Psychotherapy Services

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Alternative Psychotherapy Services belongs firmly in the second category. Working across family support around addiction, Alternative Psychotherapy Services has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, Alternative Psychotherapy Services's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Alternative Psychotherapy Services is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Family support around addiction, based in Philadelphia, PA. What sets Alternative Psychotherapy Services apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Alternative Psychotherapy Services's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
