The Coaching Philosophy of Amanda Kimbrell

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Amanda Kimbrell belongs firmly in the second category. Working across burnout recovery, Amanda Kimbrell has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Nashville, TN, Amanda Kimbrell's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Amanda Kimbrell is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Burnout recovery, based in Nashville, TN. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists stress among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I help parents and adults who are struggling to remain calm and act effectively, due to their own painful childhoods, go from stressed and overwhelmed to feeling calm and in-control (spending more confident, happy times with their loved ones) through relatable, supportive, one-on-one, trauma-focused therapy sessions." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Amanda Kimbrell apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Amanda Kimbrell's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
