The Coaching Philosophy of Andrew Wall

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Andrew Wall belongs firmly in the second category. Working across men's coaching, Andrew Wall has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Andrew Wall's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Andrew Wall is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Men's coaching, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists men's issues among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, with a particular interest in helping men navigate the challenges that can sometimes make it difficult to seek support." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Andrew Wall apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Andrew Wall's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
