The Coaching Philosophy of Anemone Schlotterbeck

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Anemone Schlotterbeck belongs firmly in the second category. Working across bipolar disorder support, Anemone Schlotterbeck has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, Anemone Schlotterbeck's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Anemone Schlotterbeck is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Bipolar disorder support, based in Philadelphia, PA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists bipolar disorder among the issues they work with. What sets Anemone Schlotterbeck apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Anemone Schlotterbeck's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
