The Coaching Philosophy of Anne Comarda

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Anne Comarda belongs firmly in the second category. Working across nervous-system regulation, Anne Comarda has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Columbus, OH, Anne Comarda's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Anne Comarda is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Nervous-system regulation, based in Columbus, OH. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists somatic among their treatment approaches and mentions nervous system. From their profile: ""As long as you are breathing, there is more right with you than wrong with you, no matter how ill or how hopeless you feel." These words by mindfulness teacher, Jon Kabat Zinn, are the foundation for my work with clients as I guide them through the suffering that all of us, as humans, experience." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Anne Comarda apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Anne Comarda's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
