The Coaching Philosophy of Anthony Jackson

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Anthony Jackson belongs firmly in the second category. Working across addiction recovery coaching, Anthony Jackson has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Anthony Jackson's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Anthony Jackson is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Addiction recovery coaching, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "You may love each other but feel tired of having the same arguments, walking on eggshells, feeling unheard, or wondering whether your relationship can get back to what it once was." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Anthony Jackson apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Anthony Jackson's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
