The Coaching Philosophy of Anton Alfonso Martinez-Cid

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Anton Alfonso Martinez-Cid belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Anton Alfonso Martinez-Cid has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Anton Alfonso Martinez-Cid's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Anton Alfonso Martinez-Cid is a registered clinical social worker intern listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in Miami, FL. What sets Anton Alfonso Martinez-Cid apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.
