The Coaching Philosophy of Ariadna Montero

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Ariadna Montero belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Ariadna Montero has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Ariadna Montero's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Ariadna Montero is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My current focus is the assessment and diagnosis of childhood disorders, with an emphasis on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Ariadna Montero apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Ariadna Montero's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
