The Coaching Philosophy of Armin Baier

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Armin Baier belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sober coaching, Armin Baier has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Los Angeles, CA, Armin Baier's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Armin Baier is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Sober coaching, based in Los Angeles, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I am a psychotherapist for individuals and couples who have a variety of psychiatric conditions and life concerns." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Armin Baier apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Armin Baier's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
