The Coaching Philosophy of Ashleigh Edelstein

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Ashleigh Edelstein belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ocd support, Ashleigh Edelstein has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Ashleigh Edelstein's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Ashleigh Edelstein is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under OCD support, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists obsessive-compulsive among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Is there a little voice in your head criticizing every decision you make, or a thought you can't shake no matter how many times you check or reassure yourself?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Ashleigh Edelstein apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Ashleigh Edelstein's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
