The Coaching Philosophy of Aurora Green

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Aurora Green belongs firmly in the second category. Working across adhd coaching (non-medical), Aurora Green has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, Aurora Green's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Aurora Green is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under ADHD coaching (non-medical), based in Salt Lake City, UT. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, shut down, or like you’re constantly trying to keep up but can’t quite get there, I'd love to help." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Aurora Green apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Aurora Green's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
