The Coaching Philosophy of Ayanna Coleman

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Ayanna Coleman belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Ayanna Coleman has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in College Park, GA, Ayanna Coleman's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Ayanna Coleman is a pre-licensed professional listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in College Park, GA. What sets Ayanna Coleman apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Ayanna Coleman's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
