The Coaching Philosophy of Brandon Tessers

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Brandon Tessers belongs firmly in the second category. Working across parenting neurodivergent children, Brandon Tessers has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Brandon Tessers's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Brandon Tessers is a licensed clinical professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Parenting neurodivergent children, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "As a leader in the neurodiversity movement, I have dedicated my work as a therapist, educator, speaker, supervisor, business owner, and writer to support major shifts in conceptualizing mental health and create lasting change for neurodivergent folks." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Brandon Tessers apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Brandon Tessers's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
