The Coaching Philosophy of Brittany Burch

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Brittany Burch belongs firmly in the second category. Working across addiction recovery coaching, Brittany Burch has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Houston, TX, Brittany Burch's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Brittany Burch is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Addiction recovery coaching, based in Houston, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Often clients think, "We love each other, we just fight too much." "I need help learning how to communicate my emotions." "I want this relationship to work, I just don't know how to get over the affair." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Brittany Burch apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Brittany Burch's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
