The Coaching Philosophy of Brittany Holmes

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Brittany Holmes belongs firmly in the second category. Working across depression support, Brittany Holmes has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Brittany Holmes's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Brittany Holmes is a counselor listed on TrueCoach under Depression support, based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists depression among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Whether you’re experiencing challenges with life’s stressors, anxiety, depression, motherhood, relationship issues, boundaries, low self-esteem, motivation, discouragement, or other adversities, I am ready to hear about your experience and help you realize your goals." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Brittany Holmes apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Brittany Holmes's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
