The Coaching Philosophy of Brittany Lee

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Brittany Lee belongs firmly in the second category. Working across parenting neurodivergent children, Brittany Lee has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Brittany Lee's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Brittany Lee is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Parenting neurodivergent children, based in Atlanta, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I support individuals who have autism or identify as neurodivergent in addition to those who have experienced PTSD, anxiety, depression, and a range of other presenting concerns." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Brittany Lee apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Brittany Lee's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
