The Coaching Philosophy of Brooke Gateley Meier

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Brooke Gateley Meier belongs firmly in the second category. Working across childhood abuse recovery, Brooke Gateley Meier has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Portland, OR, Brooke Gateley Meier's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Brooke Gateley Meier is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Childhood abuse recovery, based in Portland, OR. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. What sets Brooke Gateley Meier apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Brooke Gateley Meier's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change.
