The Coaching Philosophy of Candice Carlisle Baugh

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Candice Carlisle Baugh belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic pain support, Candice Carlisle Baugh has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Miami, FL, Candice Carlisle Baugh's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Candice Carlisle Baugh is a TLHT Licensed Mental Health Counselor listed on TrueCoach under Chronic pain support, based in Miami, FL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic pain among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Have you ever been diagnosed with anxiety, depression or ADHD or think you may have related symptoms?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Candice Carlisle Baugh apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Candice Carlisle Baugh's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
