The Coaching Philosophy of Carmel Higgins

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Carmel Higgins belongs firmly in the second category. Working across fertility support coaching, Carmel Higgins has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Boston, MA, Carmel Higgins's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Carmel Higgins is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Fertility support coaching, based in Boston, MA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists infertility among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Providing a dedicated space for those navigating the profound challenges of infertility, pregnancy loss, and the transition to parenthood." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Carmel Higgins apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Carmel Higgins's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
