The Coaching Philosophy of Cary Hasselbacher

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Cary Hasselbacher belongs firmly in the second category. Working across depression support, Cary Hasselbacher has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Columbus, OH, Cary Hasselbacher's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Cary Hasselbacher is a licensed professional clinical counselor listed on TrueCoach under Depression support, based in Columbus, OH. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists depression among the issues they work with. From their profile: "The first step towards making changes in your life and finding a counselor to help can be overwhelming!." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Cary Hasselbacher apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Cary Hasselbacher's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
