The Coaching Philosophy of Cassandra Tondreau

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Cassandra Tondreau belongs firmly in the second category. Working across parenting neurodivergent children, Cassandra Tondreau has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Seattle, WA, Cassandra Tondreau's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Cassandra Tondreau is a licensed mental health counselor associate listed on TrueCoach under Parenting neurodivergent children, based in Seattle, WA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists adhd among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I feel drawn to support adolescents, individuals, and couples, and have a passion for supporting neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, and polyamorous communities." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Cassandra Tondreau apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Cassandra Tondreau's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
