The Coaching Philosophy of Cat Glenn

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Cat Glenn belongs firmly in the second category. Working across recovery (professional), Cat Glenn has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Cat Glenn's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Cat Glenn is a drug & alcohol counselor listed on TrueCoach under Recovery (professional), based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists addiction among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My approach is rooted in the belief that with insight, knowledge, support and effort you can be empowered to live the life you desire and manifest your goals, whether internal or external." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Cat Glenn apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Cat Glenn's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
