The Coaching Philosophy of Change Counseling

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Change Counseling belongs firmly in the second category. Working across breakup / divorce, Change Counseling has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Change Counseling's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Change Counseling is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Breakup / Divorce, based in Atlanta, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists divorce among the issues they work with. From their profile: "The "Having It All Together Mentality" can create an undercurrent of exhaustion from always being the strong and dependable one, which leaves you feeling unseen and unheard." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Change Counseling apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Change Counseling's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
