The Coaching Philosophy of Chantal Herrada

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Chantal Herrada belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ketamine preparation support, Chantal Herrada has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Jose, CA, Chantal Herrada's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Chantal Herrada is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Ketamine preparation support, based in San Jose, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions ketamine. From their profile: "We offer therapy for Pacific Mind Health patients who are also receiving care through our medication management program, providing a connected and supportive treatment experience." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Chantal Herrada apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Chantal Herrada's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
