The Coaching Philosophy of Cherlisa Jackson

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Cherlisa Jackson belongs firmly in the second category. Working across sex / intimacy, Cherlisa Jackson has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Cherlisa Jackson's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Cherlisa Jackson is a licensed professional counselor listed on TrueCoach under Sex / Intimacy, based in Atlanta, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sex therapy among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I have served clients in psychiatric care for over 20 years, facilitated psychosexual Trauma Systems Therapy for over 10 years, led couples and family therapy for over 10 years, and have been actively working with HIV prevention and sexual health education of other sexually transmitted infections and diseases for over 10 years." What sets Cherlisa Jackson apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Cherlisa Jackson's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
