The Coaching Philosophy of Christie Spudowski

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Christie Spudowski belongs firmly in the second category. Working across somatic integration, Christie Spudowski has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Detroit, MI, Christie Spudowski's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Christie Spudowski is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Somatic integration, based in Detroit, MI. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists somatic among their treatment approaches and mentions somatic. From their profile: "Are you pregnant or parenting an infant or toddler and feeling more triggered, overwhelmed, reactive, or unsure of yourself than you expected?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Christie Spudowski apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Christie Spudowski's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
