The Coaching Philosophy of Claire Bostrom

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Claire Bostrom belongs firmly in the second category. Working across ketamine-assisted therapy integration, Claire Bostrom has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Claire Bostrom's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Claire Bostrom is a associate clinical social worker listed on TrueCoach under Ketamine-assisted therapy integration, based in San Francisco, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists ketamine-assisted therapy among their treatment approaches and mentions ketamine. From their profile: "You may have spent years trying to understand what is “wrong” with you—analyzing the same patterns, fighting your anxiety, trying to get rid of your depression, or wondering why you keep doing things you consciously know you don’t want to do." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Claire Bostrom apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Claire Bostrom's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
