The Coaching Philosophy of Claire Gilchrist

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Claire Gilchrist belongs firmly in the second category. Working across confidence, Claire Gilchrist has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in San Diego, CA, Claire Gilchrist's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Claire Gilchrist is a marriage & family therapist associate listed on TrueCoach under Confidence, based in San Diego, CA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists self esteem among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Are you navigating difficult transitions, creative blocks, overwhelm, or relationship concerns, and seeking a way forward, more connection with yourself, with others, and in daily life?." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Claire Gilchrist apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Claire Gilchrist's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
