The Coaching Philosophy of Comprehensive Therapeutic Services

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Comprehensive Therapeutic Services belongs firmly in the second category. Working across alcohol recovery support, Comprehensive Therapeutic Services has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in New York, NY, Comprehensive Therapeutic Services's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Comprehensive Therapeutic Services is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Alcohol recovery support, based in New York, NY. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists alcohol use among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Our mission is to help you manage your stress and achieve a life that feels both satisfying and rewarding." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Comprehensive Therapeutic Services apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Comprehensive Therapeutic Services's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
