The Coaching Philosophy of Constance Wallace

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Constance Wallace belongs firmly in the second category. Working across childhood abuse recovery, Constance Wallace has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Charlotte, NC, Constance Wallace's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Constance Wallace is a licensed clinical mental health counselor listed on TrueCoach under Childhood abuse recovery, based in Charlotte, NC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists sexual abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "You have been able to stuff your trauma deep down for a long time and either pretend that it didn’t happen, ignore that it happened or minimize your trauma." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Constance Wallace apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Constance Wallace's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
