The Coaching Philosophy of CORE Mental Health Services

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. CORE Mental Health Services belongs firmly in the second category. Working across chronic illness adjustment, CORE Mental Health Services has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Las Vegas, NV, CORE Mental Health Services's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

CORE Mental Health Services is a marriage & family therapist listed on TrueCoach under Chronic illness adjustment, based in Las Vegas, NV. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists chronic illness among the issues they work with. From their profile: "I opened CORE Mental Health Services to help individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with both mental and physical health issues." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets CORE Mental Health Services apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But CORE Mental Health Services's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
