The Coaching Philosophy of Curtis Reese

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Curtis Reese belongs firmly in the second category. Working across career, Curtis Reese has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Austin, TX, Curtis Reese's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Curtis Reese is a licensed professional counselor associate listed on TrueCoach under Career, based in Austin, TX. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists career counseling among the issues they work with. From their profile: "My ideal client is someone who feels stuck, whether due to trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or a significant life transition." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Curtis Reese apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Curtis Reese's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
