The Coaching Philosophy of CVG Health Psychology

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. CVG Health Psychology belongs firmly in the second category. Working across caregiver support, CVG Health Psychology has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Atlanta, GA, CVG Health Psychology's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

CVG Health Psychology is a psychologist listed on TrueCoach under Caregiver support, based in Atlanta, GA. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists caregiver among the issues they work with. From their profile: "At CVG Health Psychology, our expertise includes providing psychological services for patients, families, and caretakers experiencing life with cancer, diabetes, heart disease, traumatic injury, insomnia and other life-changing medical conditions." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets CVG Health Psychology apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But CVG Health Psychology's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
