The Coaching Philosophy of Dana Leigh Kravitz

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Dana Leigh Kravitz belongs firmly in the second category. Working across menopause coaching, Dana Leigh Kravitz has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Washington, DC, Dana Leigh Kravitz's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Dana Leigh Kravitz is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Menopause coaching, based in Washington, DC. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists women's issues among the issues they work with. From their profile: "Maybe it feels like you're holding everything together on the outside, while on the inside things feel like they're unraveling." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Dana Leigh Kravitz apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Dana Leigh Kravitz's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
