Daniela Rosa
Neuro-affirming Autistic/ADHD Coach
There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Daniela Rosa belongs firmly in the second category. Working across neuro-affirming autistic/adhd coach, Daniela Rosa has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.
Based in Massachusetts, Daniela Rosa's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.
I work with Autistic and ADHD adults who want to better understand their neurodivergent identity, including their strengths, patterns, and ways of thinking, while also navigating the challenges that can show up in everyday life. My approach is collaborative, conversational, and process-led. Rather than following rigid agendas or focusing on doing more and pushing through difficulties, I make space to slow down, explore what's getting in the way, and make sense of things together. Sessions follow the person's thinking as it unfolds, with room for reflection, honesty, and practical direction when helpful. I recognize that the experience of ADHD and autism doesn't exist in isolation. Culture, language, identity, family expectations, and experiences of belonging can all influence how someone understands themselves and experiences the world. These layers can also affect how their Autism or ADHD is understood, expressed, or even recognized in the first place. This work may particularly resonate with Autistic and ADHD adults navigating cultural identity, belonging, late diagnosis, masking, or the experience of feeling "between worlds" in different ways. This includes women, BIPOC and Latine clients, people from immigrant or bicultural backgrounds, and other marginalized neurodivergent adults. Most of my services are offered remotely, allowing me to work with clients internationally. I offer support in both English and Spanish. Some clients feel more comfortable in one language, while others naturally move between both. Language is often tied to identity and how safe or understood someone feels, and I aim to make space for that. My goal is to offer support that works with people, not against them, while recognizing the individual experiences and circumstances that shape their lives.
What sets Daniela Rosa apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.
The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Daniela Rosa's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
