The Coaching Philosophy of Danielle Larsen

There are coaches who teach techniques — and then there are coaches who change how you see yourself. Danielle Larsen belongs firmly in the second category. Working across substance-use recovery support, Danielle Larsen has spent years refining an approach that goes deeper than surface-level goal-setting and accountability.

Based in Chicago, IL, Danielle Larsen's reach extends far beyond geography. Clients come from across the world — some in crisis, some simply hungry for more — and what they find is a coaching experience built around truth, not comfort.

Danielle Larsen is a clinical social work/therapist listed on TrueCoach under Substance-use recovery support, based in Chicago, IL. Their verified Psychology Today profile lists drug abuse among the issues they work with. From their profile: "If you are feeling frustrated by the same issues and patterns despite your best efforts to change, I am here to help you figure out the stuck points and move towards the life that you want to live." See their directory profile for current availability, fees and insurance.

What sets Danielle Larsen apart is not just the results — it is the method. Rather than handing clients a formula, the work begins with a fundamental question: what do you actually want, and what is standing in your way? The answers are rarely what people expect.

The coaching world has no shortage of voices promising transformation. But Danielle Larsen's body of work — built over years of practice, research, and relentless iteration — represents something rarer: a genuine framework that produces measurable, lasting change. For clients ready to do real work, this is where that work begins.
